What is this?
PuckPal is a community-driven catalog of espresso shot profiles for the Fellow Espresso Series 1. Browse profiles created by the community, see pressure curves and extraction parameters, and load them directly onto your ES1.
What is a shot profile?
A shot profile is a set of parameters the ES1 uses to pull an espresso shot: brew temperature, pressure curve, pre-infusion settings, dose, and yield. Each coffee benefits from different extraction parameters. Profiles help you reproduce great espresso consistently.
How do I load a profile?
Each profile has a “Get Profile” button with a QR code. Scan the QR code with your phone or tap the link to open it in the Fellow app. The profile loads directly onto your ES1 via the app.
How do I submit a profile?
Sign in and click “Submit Profile” in the header. Fill in your coffee details, shot parameters, and optionally add a pressure curve. Include the brew.link URL so others can load it onto their ES1.
